Silverwater Bakery Equipment
was started in 1989 by Stephen and Maureen Robertson. They have
recently moved to their new premises in
Unit 7,16-18 Groves Ave,
McGraths Hill.
The large showroom contains the entire range of Sveba Dahlen Ovens and
IBE equipment. It also has various displays of racks, tins, trays,
counters and other baking accessories.
Stephen Robertson has 35 years experience in the baking industry. He
started as an apprentice electrician with Gold Star Bakeries in 1965.
Stephen has installed and sold Sveba Dahlen for the last
25 years. His years of experience with Sveba Dahlen ovens is quite
intense and there isn't anything he doesn't know about the Sveba Dahlen
range of ovens.
