C Series
The C Series rack oven is a large capacity
oven with a small floor area footprint. It is designed for installation
in restricted spaces. All of the models have electricity, gas or oil
powered options.
There are four models to choose from:

C100 - 50 kg, 35 kW

C150 - 60 kg, 45 kW

C200 - 70 kg, 45 kW
-
C250 - 80 kg, 55 kW
The list shows the model number, kilograms of dough per bake and total
load in kilowatts for the electric option.
The C series ovens use the patented Sveba Dahlen IBS (Increased Baking
Surface) system for alternating the rotation of the rack. This means
that all sides of the product are evenly exposed to the same amount of
heat providing faster, more even baking.
