S Series
The S Series in-store oven is made of
stainless steel to give it a long working life. It is insulated with
Rockwool insulation in the walls and roof and has large oven windows
with double-glazing. Along with the built-in halogen lighting this
makes the S series user friendly and energy efficient.
The ovens are made with a powerful heating system to minimise recovery
times and a built-in steam system that gives ample steam without fading.
The S Series can be equipped with an under
built prover. This is constructed so that the guide rails and other
components can be easily removed from the prover for cleaning.
There are two models:

S8 - 8 trays, 20.5 kW

S10 - 10 trays, 24kW
The list shows the model number, maximum
number of trays (600mm x 450mm) that can be used and the total heating
output in kilowatts.
