Tunnel Ovens
Sveba Dahlen tunnel ovens are custom designed for use in very high
volume baking operations. The size of the tunnel oven depends on the
customers capacity requirements and the premises. There are two basic
versions, Normal temperature up to 350 degrees Celsius and High
temperature up to 500 degrees Celsius. The heat can be distributed over
different zones with separate regulation of the top and bottom heat. All
ovens are insulated with mineral wool to reduce heat loss. They can use
electricity or gas as a source of heating.
