V Series
The V Series rack oven is a very large
capacity oven designed for high rates of production with low operating
and maintenance costs.
All of the models have electricity, gas or oil powered options.
There are five models to choose from:

V20 - 70 kg, 49 kW

V30 - 90 kg, 58 kW

V40 - 140 kg, 80 kW

V50 - 200 kg, 120 kW
-
V60 - 280 kg, 150 kW
The list shows the model number, kilograms of dough per bake and total
load in kilowatts for the electric option.
The V series ovens are equipped with efficient heat exchangers,
overlapping insulation, the IBS system and the patented Cascade steam
system to produce an oven with a very fast recovery time. This means
that the V series oven can be used in high production environments for
fast and efficient baking.
